Yes, we can send you free sample if our design. But you need pay for the courier or send us your import courier A/C No.

Q2. Can you make sample in my own design?

Yes, we can. If sampling according to your design, there will be a sample charge which will be refunded when bulk order.

Q3: What is the lead time for samples?

1-3 days for ready samples.

7-15 days for making customized samples.

4-7 days for courier

Q4: How do you control the quality?

We always check the quality during whole production, and we will inspect again when packing. After packing into carton, we will make the last inspection before shipment.

Q5: How do your packing of the towels?

Do you offer custom packaging? Standard export packing: single / dozen into polybag, then put into export cartons We can also do customized packing for you according to your requirements, like gift box or other.

Q6: Do you accept small order for trial?
